Private Yoga ( in person or via Zoom ) is for everyone who desires individual advice, guidance and support. One-on-one Yoga is for you if:

  • You don’t like practicing in a group
  • Due to time constraints, it is not possible for you to attend regular classes
  • You are looking for an addition to your group lessons to dive deeper
  • You are a beginner and wish to learn more about the holistic knowledge of yoga
  • You have personal interests, concerns or goals you would like to focus on
  • You wish to learn specific asanas for special benefits and/or therapeutic reasons
  • You wish for laser-focused guidance on your proper individual alignment
  • You desire to create a personalized daily flow for your home practice
  • You would like to combine Yoga with holistic life coaching

 

In a one-on-one Yoga session, Christina is only there for you and accompanies you – in person, or virtually via Zoom. Each lesson can be designed flexibly, tailor-made to meet your individual needs, your specific goals and plans, your body, your performance and your mental state. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a personalized and holistic manner. With laser-focus on your proper alignment, exactness in the execution of the asanas and breathing; your individual goals and needs can be discovered and experienced more closely and at your own pace and rhythm. The lessons are always based on what makes sense for you, your lifestyle and your schedule. Each lesson is tailored to ensure you receive maximum benefit and results from your practice. 


Lessons can be held in Swiss-German, German or English.

Please select between single lessons (60 min, 75 min., or  90 min.) or your preferred package/ Abo. After successful payment, you will receive an email with an online calendar, to select your preferred time for your yoga lesson(s).

If you would like to bring a friend each additional person is + CHF 60.- (60 Min.), + CHF 75.- (75 Min.), + CHF 90.- (90 Min.)

Description

The lesson’s content, theme and the intervals of each individual lesson can be determined – according to your wishes and needs, for example:

  • The basics of yoga / introduction to Yoga for beginners/ ideal preparation for participation in group lessons
  • Instructions on how yoga can be integrated into everyday life
  • Creating a daily flow for your home practice based on your goals and needs
  • Introduction to yoga philosophy
  • Learning the yoga poses (asanas) with precise alignment for your body
  • Adaptation of the practice after injury, surgery or illness
  • breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • Meditation / Inner observation through meditation
  • Working with your chakra system
  • Yoga for stress management and mental health
